Return and Refund Policy

WC Auto wants you to be ecstatic with your service.  You will find that we will be checking in with you before, during, and after your appointment, to make sure we meet and exceed your expectations.  In the event that this does not occur and our service did not surpass your expectations, we have the following policy.  

Our Return and Refund Policy

• Terms of return:  30 Days from date of completion.  
• State of return:  All products must be close to original condition, no excess wear or abuse.  
• Reason for return:  Our product or service does not meet your expectations.  
• Process for return:  Contact jamcampbell@wcauto.us or wwilliamsjr@wcauto.us.  
• Process of refund:  Refunds can take up to 2 weeks to process, where we will be in touch to see if there is any way we can improve or make the situation better. 

As we have said before we are a business where the customer is our sole priority.  We would like to make sure there are no complaints, and you are telling your friends about our exemplary service.  If every you need anything, or have a recommendation, please let us know.
